On the night of April 27-28, His Grace metropolitan Korniliy led the Pascha service in the Intercession cathedral on the Rogozhskoe settlement. Several hundred Christians gathered in the cathedral to celebrate the Resurrection of Christ. In the morning, after praying liturgy, metropolitan Korniliy congratulated everyone on the great celebration.
Paschal celebrations at Rogozhskoe continued with church services during the Bright Week. Every day, after the end of the liturgy, a cross procession took place with the Paschal bread, Artos. At the end of the procession, the saints’ relics in the cathedral were opened for worshipers to venerate.
