Alexandra Alexandrovna told the guests about the opportunities for foreign citizens to receive education in Russia. Ugandans were especially interested in obtaining a speciality in the field of vocational education. In turn, Old Believers from Uganda spoke about how things are going with getting a profession in their homeland.

Uganda is a very young and rapidly developing country. Currently, the country is home to more than 42 million people, with an average age of about 14 years. Education in the country is paid, and not everyone has an opportunity to receive higher or secondary specialized education.

The Russian Orthodox Old Believer Church already has experience in helping Old Believer students from Pakistan with the assistance of Rossotrudnichestvo, which is ready to help other students from near and far abroad with their studies.
