The documentary film “…neither Greek nor Jew” by Pavel Chukov was presented to the audience of the House of Cinema of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia at the event “Russian Trace”. The event was organized by the Gemma and Vladislav Mikoshi Documentary Film Club in cooperation with the Educational Department of the Russian Orthodox Old Believer Church. This event was announced on the website of the Union and aroused keen interest of the audience.

Previously, the film “…neither Greek nor Jew” was shown at various international film festivals and was awarded prizes, but it was for the first time that a screening of this film with a discussion took place at the House of Cinema in Moscow. Metropolitan Korniliy of Moscow and All Russia took part in the discussion, delivering a heartfelt speech, which he completed by reciting Nikolay Zabolotskiy’s poem “Don’t let your soul be lazy” by heart.
The event also included the first screening of the film “About That, Which Is Sacred” by Anatoliy Bochkarev, devoted to the Vereya – Borovsk procession of the Cross.
